The Library is open Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 20.00
Situated on the Ground Floor of the College, the library is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
All students and staff have full access to the library facilities and spaces. For students, an account will be set up for you when you begin your studies, meaning that you’ll have access to all journals, books, prints, and other such reading materials.
While we welcome visitors and members of the community to browse the College Library without the requirement of membership, we are unfortunately unable to allow visitors to borrow or use the Library resources or facilities at this time.
Students registered on any of the College’s HNC/D Programmes are eligible to register for free as external users of the library at Abertay University with a National Entitlement Card. These are available through Dundee City Council. Students would be entitled to borrow items, use the library as a study space and access wifi. For further information, please visit Abertay University.
Students registered on this programme have full access to both the College’s Library services as well as the University of Dundee Library facilities.
There is a photocopier, also equipped for printing and scanning, in the main room of the Library. Printing services are also available on the second floor of the College in the IT Suite.
These are accessed by using your Student ID Card, which will be issued to you at the start of your study at the College. Simply ensure that there is enough credit on your card (please ask at Reception about topping up your print credit), and you can copy, print and scan whatever you require. If you need assistance with using the copier, please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff.
