In this section, you will find all you need to know about applying to study at the College.

Arabic short courses

Please register using the ‘Arabic Language Short Course Registration Form‘. You will be required to upload appropriate ID if applying for a concessionary rate.

Full-time applications

Please ensure you have the following information before starting your application:

  • Academic transcripts and qualification certificates
  • Proof of English language proficiency (if required)
  • Passport details
  • Referee details

We consider all aspects of the application: academic qualifications, personal statement and references. We may also invite applicants to a casual interview to give more information about their application.

Direct Application

Applications made directly through the College website will usually be assessed within 3 working days of receiving a completed application. We my contact you to provide further information or to invite you to a short informal interview.

All correspondence will be sent from admissions@almcollege.ac.uk after an application of study has been submitted.

UCAS

Applications to the HNC/D in Business or the HNC/Diploma in Management & Leadership may also be submitted through UCAS.

UCAS decisions will be made directly through the Track function.

After you have applied

Successful applicants will receive either a conditional or unconditional admissions offer.

Conditional Offer

Applicants are requested to obtain or provide evidence of further or pending qualifications/documents that will allow them to fully satisfy the course entry criteria. Students may, for example, be awaiting final exam results, or an English language test certificate.

Unconditional Offer

Applicants whose qualifications fully satisfy the entry criteria of their desired programme.
