The event kicks off with morning networking accompanied by traditional Middle Eastern tea and coffee.
Our distinguished keynote speakers will share insights into the rich interfaith dynamics of the Middle East.
The highlight of the morning will be a panel discussion featuring representatives from various faiths, exploring shared traditions and beliefs.
Engage in hands-on workshops and visit interactive stalls offering henna art, traditional clothing, calligraphy demonstrations, and more.
The event will conclude with a networking lunch, featuring Middle Eastern cuisine, providing further opportunity to connect and discuss the morning’s learnings.
This event is in conjunction with Scottish Interfaith Week.
The event will take place from 09:00 to 13:00.
The symposium will be held at Al-Maktoum College of Higher Education (124 Blackness Rd, Dundee, DD1 5PE).
You can expect engaging talks from keynote speakers, an interfaith panel discussion, interactive workshops, cultural stalls, and plenty of networking opportunities. Food and drinks will be inspired by the Middle East.
No specific dress code is required, but attendees are welcome to wear attire that reflects their cultural or spiritual heritage.
